Logistics Management and Innovation in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Building Economical Campuses

我国大多数高校的后勤体系以福利性质存在,不以盈利为目的,负责处理高校的整个后勤事宜。因此队伍庞大臃肿,占用了高校的很多资源。通过对比国内外节约型校园背景下高校后勤管理与创新的相关研究,以节约型高校后勤管理的理论研究为基础,阐述了节约型高校后勤管理与创新的方法和思路,并针对我国高校后勤管理存在的问题,从多个层面探究了后勤管理与创新的改进措施。

Most of the rear-service systems of the university in China are nonprofit are responsible for the logistics , so they are likely to take up lot of resource if the team size is overstaffed. This paper , on the basis of comparisons of related researches at home and abroad on logistics management and innovation in colleges and universities under the background of building economical campuses , elabo-rates the methods and ideas that may be applicable to economical logistics management and innovation and explores possible improvements at many levels , aiming at solving the existing tics of colleges and universities under the guidance of theories related.
