摘要
为提升高职院校学生自主学习能力,通过问卷调查,随机抽取公办和民办高职院校1 385名高职学生作为调查对象,从学习动机、方法、时间、自我监控、学习环境5个方面,对学生自主学习现状进行调查。调查结果表明,高职学生自主学习总体情况良好,但还存在明显不足,特别在计划安排、时间管理和学习资源利用方面不够理想。需要从制定职业规划、明确学习目标、激发学习动机、提高时间管理效率、改革教学模式、完善课程体系、训练学习方法和技巧、培养自我监控能力、学习环境的营造和利用等方面指导学生提高自主学习能力。
In order to improve higher vocational college students ’ learning ability, 1385 studrandomly selected from public and private higher vocational colleges to investigate their status with regardto learning motivations, methods , scheduling , self-supervision and learning environment in the form of a questionnaire. The survey showed that the subjects indeed possesses significant deficiencies , especially intheir scheduling , time management, and learning resources utilization. Though they , as a whole , canmanage learning well. Students should be instructed to improve their autonomic learning abilityin terms of career planning , definition of learning goals , cultivation of learning motivations , improvement of learning eficiency , reform of teaching modes , curriculum system perfecting , learning methods and skills training , cultivation of self-supervision ability, building-up and utilization of learning environment.
