摘要
技能竞赛是高职教育提高教学质量的重要手段,目前高职院校的技能竞赛主要由学校组织开展,很少有企业的参与,一定程度上偏离生产实际。通过对校企合作开展技能竞赛组织实施过程的探讨和实践,认为校企合作开展技能竞赛新模式可以优化高职人才培养方案,进一步推进课程改革;促进教师"双师素质"的提升;学生和企业职工同台竞技,促进校企文化融合;规范实践技能教学;培养优秀技能人才;进一步深化工学结合,实现顶岗实习。最终实现企业、学校和学生的三赢。
The skills competition is an important way to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education. Nowadays, skills competition carried out by higher vocational colleges mainly among the students, while the absence of enterprise participation, to some degree, deviates from the duction. The exploring and practicing of college-enterprise cooperation skills competition shows that newmodel of college enterprise cooperation skills competition can optimize the training program of higher vo-cational talents, further promote the curriculum reform, improve the teacher’s qualities of theory andpractice. Moreover , it also provides an opportunity for students to compete with workers , which can pro-mote enterprise culture fusion , standardize practice teaching skills, and cultivate the talents to deepen the combination of working and learning so that students will obtain the abilityproblems in practice. Hence it finally realizes the triple-win among enterprises, colleges and students
