高校新校区建设工程合同管理问题研究

Research on Contract Management of New Campus Construction Project

自1999年扩招以来,许多高校为谋求自身发展、满足师生需求,纷纷进行了新校区建设。建设工程合同管理是新校区项目建设管理的核心内容,但高校大规模基建经验不足,在新校区建设的合同管理过程中必定会遇到很多问题。加强新校区建设合同管理对防范工程建设风险、保证工程项目顺利进行、防止项目建设中的违法犯罪等具有重要意义。根据实践经验,列举部分高校在新校区建设合同管理方面存在的突出问题,并提出规范高校新校区建设工程合同管理的针对性建议。

Since the enrollment expansion in 1999, many colleges and universities have developed their new campus in order to seek their own development and meet the needs of teachers and students. Con-struction project contract managementis the core of the project construction management of the new cam-pus ,but there must be many problems in the process of contract management in the construction of thenew campus due to be lack of experience of the University large-scale infrastructure. Strengthening the contract management of the new campus construction is of great significance to keep aject construction , to ensure the smooth progress of the project , and to overcome the illegal crime in the project construction. According to the practical experience , this paper lists some prominent problems ex-isting in the construction of the new campus construction contract management , and puts forward somesuggestions on how to standardize the contract management of the new campus construction.
