国外同行评议专家研究综述

A Research Review of Peer Expert Review

同行专家是同行评议活动的一个重要组成部分,作为同行评议的评价主体,在同行评议活动中发挥着重要的作用。以Web of Science数据库为数据源,对国外关于同行评议专家的研究现状进行了调研,并对国外有关同行评议专家的研究内容进行了归纳与总结分析,主要包括关于同行评议专家评议活动的影响因素研究、完成高质量同行评议的同行专家所具备的特征研究、同行评议专家遴选方式的研究以及对同行评议专家进行评价的研究四个方面。

Peer experts are an important part of peer review. As a principal part of peer review, they play an important role in peer review. Based on Web of Science database, we have investigated and analyzed the current situation of the study of peer review experts a-broad. The research contents mainly include the research on the influence factors of peer review, the characteristics of the experts who have completed the high quality peer review, research of methods on how to select peer experts, and the study of the evaluation of peer review experts.
