Favorable Impact of Alumni Resources on Building Libraries with Characteristic Collections at Colleges

开发校友资源与建设高校特藏文库之间存在着一定的关系。利用校友资源来建设高校特藏文库具有十分的必要性和一定的可行性。当前校友特藏建设存在对校友特藏建设的重要性认识严重不足,校友特藏建设相关工作机制不成熟等问题。统一思想认识,建立相关工作机制;拓展校友资源范围,培养毕业生的校友意识;创新服务模式,深化校友工作内涵;建立有效激励机制,使校友特藏工作可持续发展是开发校友资源来建设特藏文库可以采取的四大措施。

Exploration of alumni resources is related to building college libraries with characteristic collections. It is necessary and practicable to build up such libraries by drawing on alumni resources. Problems with this issue are as follows, the importance being undervalued, relevant mechanism being not mature. Some measures are thus suggested： building a relevant mechanism; extending the scope of alumni resources and fostering graduates’ alumni awareness; innovating service modes; building an efficient incentive mechanism for a sustainable development.
