后申遗时期大运河郑州段保护和利用工作的反思

Reflections on the Protection and Utilization of the Grand Canal Zhengzhou Section in the Period of Post Cultural Heritage Application

后申遗时期大运河郑州段保护和利用工作的重点是巩固申遗,重要措施包括遗产研究和监测、环境整治、运河遗产博物馆建设等,且已经取得了进展。但目前该工作仍存在运河遗产学术研究不够深入;重视景观环境建设、忽视文化产业建设;重视物质文化遗产、忽视非物质文化遗产;重视当前和局部、忽视长远和整体等问题。对此,应进一步加强学术研究、建立健全高效统一的体制机制、拓宽资金投入渠道、借鉴文化线路的遗产保护理念等推进大运河的保护工作,进而促进大运河郑州段在城市发展中的助力作用。

In the period of post cultural heritage application, the protection and utilization of Grand Canal in Zhengzhou, such as heritage academic research, monitoring, environment renovation and canal heritage museum construction has made achievements cur-rently. However, there are still some issues need solving. The academic study of canal heritage is not deep enough. There are some bad situations such as attention to the construction of landscape environment, ignoring the construction of cultural industries ; attention to material and cultural heritage, ignoring the intangible cultural heritage ; attention to the current and local, ignore the long and over-all. In this regard, we should further strengthen the academic research work, and establish a sound and unified system mechanism, broaden the channels of capital investment and learn from the concept of cultural heritage protection to promote the work of the Grand Canal, boosting the role of Zhengzhou section of the Grand Canal in urban development.
