汉代孝廉制度对当今领导干部选拔考核的启示

"举孝廉"是汉代选拔任用官员的一种形式,经过"一岁一举",最终成为汉代最主要的官员选拔任用制度。虽然这一制度随着历史的发展而消失,但其中孝廉官员选拔考核的价值取向,对建构我国以法以德治国方略,完善"德才兼备、以德为先"的选人用人标准,提升选人用人水平,有着重要的借鉴意义。
