摘要
"举孝廉"是汉代选拔任用官员的一种形式,经过"一岁一举",最终成为汉代最主要的官员选拔任用制度。虽然这一制度随着历史的发展而消失,但其中孝廉官员选拔考核的价值取向,对建构我国以法以德治国方略,完善"德才兼备、以德为先"的选人用人标准,提升选人用人水平,有着重要的借鉴意义。
The Xiaolian System is a form of selection and appointment of officials in the Han Dynasty. Although this system declined with the development of history, the value orientation in the selection and evaluation of leading cadres has important referential significance on the construction of our country in morality and legality system, the improvement of selection and appointment standards of “ integrity of ability and morality, and morality first”,and the promotion of selection and appointment level.
