Research on the Evaluation of Higher Education Quality Diversification for Career Planning

职业生涯教育是帮助学生提高学习层次和职后继续发展的重要手段。教育质量评价是发现、反馈教学信息,纠正教学不足,调整教学措施的一个重要手段。参考国内外研究文献,从学校、学生和社会3个方面构建了大学生职业生涯规划教育的评价体系,引入调查数据,采用层次分析法对某高校理工科大学生职业生涯规划教育质量进行了综合评价,并针对评价结果提出了相关建议。

Career education is an important means to help the students to improve their learning level and vocational educa-tion. Education quality evaluation is an important means to find and feedback the teaching information, correct the teaching prob-lems ,and adjust the teaching measures. Refering to the domestic and international research, this paper constructs the evaluation system of college students^occupation career planning education from the three aspects of school, students and society. By intro-ducing the survey data, using the analytic hierarchy process in a university of science and engineering students occupation career planning education to make a comprehensive quality evaluation, and the evaluation results put forward suggestions on how to im-prove the quality of education planning occupation career of college students.
