摘要
通过对高强钢生产过程中的终轧温度和卷取温度进行变量控制,经过多次实验得到了相对结构最佳的氧化铁皮厚度与结构,同时明显的降低了板材表面的掉粉情况。在保证材料力学参数的前提下,能起到有效的提高表面质量,改善工况环境的作用。
In this article we used the method of controlling variables of finishing temperature and coiling temperature in the process of high strength steel production to obtain the relative best oxide Scales thickness and structure,at the same time significantly reduced the off powder on the surface of the plate.
