摘要
讨论了废钢资源利用对节能降耗的意义,分析了影响大型转炉废钢比的因素,制定了提高转炉废钢比的措施,取得了良好的效果;同时结合洁净钢生产的需要,在原有的废钢技术标准上,提出了洁净钢生产废钢的新要求。
discussed the significance of energy saving for application of scrap resources, Analyzed the factors that affect scrap ratio of large converter, Formulated the measures that could improve scrap ratio, achieved good results, meanwhile combined the need for clean steel production, On the original scrap steel technical standards, puts forward the new demand of clean steel production scrap.
