摘要
2014年以来,马钢公司针对大型高炉频繁炉况波动,首创高炉体检制度,开发了高炉顺行指数评价模型,形成马钢特有的高炉操作模式。最终克服高炉大幅波动,大型高炉实现连续稳定顺行,生铁产量及消耗指标得到显著改善。
Since 2014, the large blast furnace of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd . frequent fluctuations in the situat ion, establish examination system in blast furnace, and development smooth running index evaluation model of the blast furnace, take shape a unique operating mode of blast fur-nace in Masteel. Finally , the large fluctuation of blast furnace can be overcome, and the large blast furnace can be continuous and stable. Iron production and consumption index has been significantly improved.
