医护一体化模式在老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者中的应用

Application of nursing model of nurse-physician collaboration in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy for peritoneal dialysis

目的:探讨医护一体化模式在老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者中的应用效果以及对护理满意度的影响。方法:选择2015年12月~2016年12月我院收治的老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者中抽取200例作为临床研究对象并随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理方法;观察组在对照组的基础上采用医护一体化模式进行管理。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,生活质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化模式在老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者中的应用能够有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective：To explore the effect of nursing model of nurse-physician collaboration in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy for peritoneal dialysis and its effect on nursing satisfaction.Methods：A total of 200 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital for peritoneal dialysis from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing method.The control group was treated with nursing model of nurse-physician collaboration on the basis of routine nursing method.The complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of nursing model of nurse-physician collaboration in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
