循证护理在ICU患者并发症预防中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of complications of ICU patients

目的:探讨循证护理干预应用于ICU患者并发症预防的效果。方法:选取2016年1~12月我院ICU收治患者160例,随机将其等分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组应用循证护理干预,对比两组患者APACHEⅡ评分、Brussels评分、GCS评分以及并发症发生情况。结果:护理前两组患者APACHEⅡ评分、Brussels评分以及GCS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组患者APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Brussels评分以及GCS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生情况显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU患者应用循证护理干预能够提高护理质量,降低并发症发生,改善患者预后。

Objective：To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the prevention of complications in ICU patients.Methods：A total of160 patients in ICU from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing.The study group used evidence-based nursing intervention.The APACHE Ⅱ score,Brussels score,GCS score and complications of the two groups were compared.Results：There were no significant statistical differences in APACHE Ⅱ score,Brussels score and GCS score between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0.05）.After the intervention,the APACHE Ⅱ score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.The Brussels score and GCS score were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）.The incidence of disease in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing intervention in ICU patients can improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
