循环护理改进在高龄结直肠癌患者中的应用

Application of circulation nursing improvement in elderly colorectal cancer patients

目的:观察循环改进护理模式在改善高龄结直肠癌患者及家属情绪及护理满意度中的效果。方法:选取2011年11月~2013年9月本院收治的98例结直肠癌患者及其家属为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组(常规结直肠癌护理组)和观察组(循环改进护理模式组),然后将两组患者及家属护理前后的Zung量表评分和护理满意度进行比较。结果:护理后1周与2周观察组患者护理前后的Zung量表评分均好于对照组,而其对护理态度与护理效果的总满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循环改进护理模式在改善高龄结直肠癌患者情绪状态方面效果较好,值得推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of circulation improvement nursing mode in improving the conditions of elderly patients with colorectal cancer and the mood and nursing satisfaction of their families.Methods：A total of 98 patients with colorectal cancer and their families from November 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group（ routine colorectal cancer nursing group） and observation group（ circulation improvement nursing mode group）.Then the Zung scale scores and satisfaction degrees of the patients and family before and after the intervention were compared in the two groups.Results：After 1 week and 2 weeks of intervention,the Zung scale scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The attitudes toward nursing and nursing effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Circulation improvement nursing mode is effective in improving the emotional state of patients with colorectal cancer.It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
