政府购买社会工作服务是加快政府职能转变的有效途径,服务型政府的建立间接促进了民办社会工作机构的发展。民办社会工作机构发展中面临诸多困境,从民办社工机构本体出发,微观分析社工机构自身发展困境,积极寻找解决困境的有效途径。

The government purchase of social services is an effective way of promoting the transformation of the government function and the establishment of service government will indirectly promote the development of private social work institutions.The private social work institutions face a dilemma of development, thus this paper, starting from the body of private social work agencies, makes micro analysis of the difficulties of the development of social work institutions, and aims to seek an effective way to solve the dilemma.
