滋阴补肾片治疗干性年龄相关性黄斑变性疗效观察

Effects observation of Yin-nourishing and kidney-tonifying pills on age-related macular degeneration

目的观察中药复方制剂滋阴补肾片治疗干性年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)的临床疗效。方法将82例(155眼)干性AMD患者随机分为2组。对照组39例(75眼)予维生素C合维生素E口服治疗,治疗组43例(80眼)在对照组治疗基础上加滋阴补肾片治疗,2组疗程均为3个月。比较2组治疗前后视力、Amsler表变形格数、中心视野及中医症状积分改善情况及疗效。结果治疗组治疗后视力较本组治疗前提高,Amsler表变形格数减少,中心视野缺损范围缩小,中医症状积分降低,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且Amsler表变形格数、中心视野缺损范围及中医症状积分与对照组治疗后比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后,中心视野缺损范围缩小,中医症状积分降低(P<0.05)。治疗组Amsler表变形格数、中心视野缺损范围及中医症状疗效均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴补肾片可改善干性AMD患者临床症状,改善Amsler表变形、视野等视功能,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of compounded Chinese medicinal prescription yin-nourishing and kidney-tonifying pills on the treatment of age-related macular degeneration（ AMD）. Methods 82 cases（ 155 eyes） of dry AMD were r divided into two groups. 32 cases（ 75 eyes） in control group were treated by Vitamin C combined vitamin E for oral. 43 cases（ 80 eyes） were treated by yin-nourishing and kidney-tonifying pills on the basis of the control group. The treatment course is 3 months in two groups. The visual acuity,the number of deformation grid in Amsler table,central visual defect,the improvement of TCM symptom score and curative effect before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The visual acuity after treatment was increased in treatment group,the number of deformation grid in Amsler table was reduced,the range of central vision defect was reduced,and the score of TCM symptom was decreased,and there were statistical differences on these respects between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There were also statistical differences on these respects after treatment between the treatment group and control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rates of the number of deformation grid in Amsler table,central visual defect and TCM symptom were higher than those in control group with statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yin-nourishing and kidney-tonifying pills can improve the clinical symptoms of dry AMD patients,the Amsler table,visual field and other visual function,has remarkable curative effect.
