穴位贴敷干预对阳虚质人群阳虚体质量表积分及红外热图的影响研究

Effects of Acupoint Application on the yang-deficiency constitution score and infrared thermal images in yang-deficiency crowd

目的验证穴位敷贴干预阳虚质人群的有效性及红外热图作为中医体质评价工具的可能性。方法使用中医体质辨识软件,筛选出70例阳虚质受试者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各35例。试验组34例(脱落1例)进行穴位敷贴干预,每次贴敷4 h,9 d 1次,共贴敷4次;对照组33例(脱落2例)不做任何干预。比较2组干预前后体质量表积分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分及红外热图温度变化情况。结果试验组干预后体质量表积分较本组干预前降低,SF-36评分及红外热图掌心、腹部、足底温度升高,且干预前后差值大于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后试验组体质量表积分总有效率88.24%;红外热图掌心温度总有效率50.00%,腹部温度总有效率41.12%,足底温度总有效率55.88%。结论穴位贴敷干预阳虚质是有效的,可改善阳虚质"寒象"表现,改善生活质量,提高红外热图部分区域的温度。红外热图可以作为阳虚质评价的工具,但红外热图温度变化的灵敏度不及体质量表积分评价。

Objective To validate the applicability of acupoint application intervention on yang-deficiency crowd and the possibility of infrared thermal images as a tool for traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） constitution evaluation. Methods 70 cases of yang-deficiency subjects were selected by TCM constitution identification software and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group. 34 cases in experimental group（ 1 case fell off） were treated by acupoint application intervention,each paste lasted 4 h,every 9 d once for 4times. 33 cases in control group（ 2 cases fell off） received non-intervention. The scores of constitution scale,the changes of short form 36 health survey（ SF-36） before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results The score of constitution scale after intervention was reduced in experimental group,the score of SF-36,the temperature of palm,abdomen and plantar in infrared thermal images were raised,and the difference between before and after intervention was greater than that in the control group with statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）. In experimental group,the effective rate of the TCM constitution evaluation,the infrared thermal images of palm,the infrared thermal images of abdomen and the infrared thermal images of plantar was 88. 24%,50. 00%,41. 12% and 55. 88%,respectively. Conclusion Acupoint application intervention has effects on yang-deficiency,can improve ＂ cold＂ performance of yang-deficiency constitution and the quality of life,and increase the temperature of part regions in infrared thermal images. Infrared thermal images can be used as a tool for the evaluation of TCM yang-deficiency,but the sensitivity of infrared thermal images temperature change is less than the evaluation of constitution scale.
