摘要
研究ZnO NPs的细胞毒性。以ZnO NPs为研究对象,以小鼠睾丸的间质细胞为模型,检测纳米氧化锌的毒性作用。结果表明:ZnO NPs显著抑制了细胞活力,增加细胞LDH和ROS的释放和产生,造成核DNA的泄露,并伴随着组蛋白γ-H2AX和RAD51位点的生成,最终导致细胞凋亡。ZnO NPs对于LCs细胞具有显著的细胞毒性。
The aim of this study was to investigate the potential toxicity of zinc oxide (ZnO) NPs in sing male mouse Leydig cells( LCs) . LCs were treated witli ZnO NPs,the result sliows that ZnO NPs effectively in-hibits cell viability,the increase leakage of LDH and the fluorescence intensity about ROS was significantly higher in the ZnO-NP-treated group of cells than in the control group,ZnO NPs resulting in nuclear DNA leakage nuclear DNA leakage,accompanying histone γ-H2AX and RAD51 foci,lead to the celluar apoptosis finaly. ZnO NPs hascytotoxicity,which provides the reference for the development of sustainable and safer nanomaterials.
