大学生创新活动基地建设和运行管理机制研究

Investigation on base construction and management mode in innovative activities of undergraduates

创新活动基地是组织和引导大学生开展科技创新活动的重要平台。本文从基地建设、政策保障、管理体制、激励办法、创新成效等方面总结了武汉轻工大学化学与环境工程学院大学生创新活动基地的建设和运行管理经验。实践证明,加强大学生创新活动基地建设和管理,能够促进创新基地活动与教学、科研的融合,提高大学生的创新意识和创新能力。

Innovation base is an important platform to organize and guide innovation activitiesBased on exploration and practice of construction and management in the innovation base from and Environment, Wuhan Polytechnic University （ WHPU）, the experiences are introduced including base con-struction , policy guarantee,management systems, incentive measures,innovation effectiveness. It is proved that reinforcement of construction and management in the innovation base can play positive roles in promoting integration between base activities and teaching ＆ scientific research, and improving innovation consciousnes and capability of undergraduates.
