Among the varied biographies of Dostoevsky, Anna and Dostoevsky： Memoirs and Diaries in 1867, written by Dostoevsky＇s wife Anna, have special value. They are considered in a sense the writer＇s life ＂record＂. From both the material and spiritual aspects, Anna gave Dostoevsky strong support, helped him to fight gambling addiction, debts and illness. Love became the fulcrum of his literary creation. What Anna did contributed, to a certain extent, to the achievements of Dostoyevsky＇s literary career. This argu-ment at least applies for the masterpiece Karamazov Brothers.
