摘要
在应用型本科教育背景下,师范类专业依托中学实践基地,以有效教学为载体,不断完善高校与实践基地联合的科教育人模式,实现师范生从教能力的提高。"实践基地·有效教学·从教能力"这一实践育人思路,起于课堂教学,延伸于中学教学实践基地,并以国家教师资格考试为标准,最终促进高校大学生创新能力的培养。
In the background of applied undergraduate education, teacher training should strengthen e-ducational practice, rely on the practice base of middle schools, improve the cooperative education mode of the combination of science and education, and realize the improvement of college students' teaching ability. The approach of "practice base + effective teaching + teaching ability" starts from classroom teaching, ex-tends to the practice base of middle school teaching, takes the national teacher qualification examination as the standard, finally promoting the innovation ability of university students.
