摘要
针对搬运车升降台使用过程中的油液泄漏问题,使用ANSYS软件建立仿真密封结构模型,分析了密封圈的接触应力以及压缩率、截面直径对应力变化的影响,结果表明:将现有压缩率10%、截面直径3.55 mm的密封圈改为压缩率15%、截面直径5.3 mm,接触应力增大、接触长度变大,密封性能提高。
To solve the problem of oil leakage in the elevator,ANSYS software was used to establish the model of simulated seal structure. The influence factors of contact stress coming from compression ratio and section diameter of sealing ring are analyzed. The results show that if the existing compression ratio of 10% and the seal ring diameter of 3. 55 mm changed to 15% in ratio and 5. 3 mm in diameter respectively,the contact stress increases,the contact length increases,the sealing performance improved.
