摘要
为实现电喷发动机尾气排放监测精度和可靠性,对氧传感器配气性能测试平台进行了设计。参考Bosch公司的配气方案,在不影响检测结果的前提下,优化了各气体成分及比例,并对氧传感器配气流程进行了设计。通过仿真软件Chemkin开展仿真试验,结果符合预期,表明了方案的可行性。后续尚应在控制器精度考证和实测验证等方面加以改进。
In order to realize the accuracy and reliability of engine exhaust emission monitoring, gas distribution performance testing platform for oxygen sensors is designed. According to the Bosch gas zistribution scheme, the gas composition and proportion are optimized without affecting the test results,and a new gas distribution scheme is designed. Through the simulation software Chemkin, the simulation results meet the expectations, showing that the scheme is feasible. Afterwards, verification of the controller and experimental validation should be attached to.
