摘要 设计了一种用于爆炸性气体成分检测传感器的防爆型高低温试验箱。基于安全生产行业标准,对危险因素进行分析和列举,从整体结构、试验箱温度控制、照明设备防爆选型和内部循环系统防爆等四方面提出了设计思路,开展了总体设计改造。验收结果表明:本箱体在-10~40℃温度范围内开展爆炸性气体浓度相关检验和浓度控制具备安全性,能够从普遍意义上根除爆炸性气体传感器在检验过程中的爆炸隐患,提高专业检验工作的安全水平。 An explosion-proof high/low temperature test chamber is designed for explosive gas composition detecting sensors. Based on the safe production industry standards, risk factors are analyzed and enumerated, to put forward ideas from aspects including overall structural design, test chamber temperature control design, explosion-proof lighting equipment selection and explosion-proof internal circulation system design, for an overall design transformation. Status of acceptance shows that, such a chamber is safe in the performance of explosion-proof inspection and concentration control at -10~40℃,which can eradicate explosion risks on explosive gas composition detecting sensors from a general sense and improve the safety level of professional inspection practice.
