摘要
道路模拟试验技术是在道路试验技术上发展而来的一种先进试验技术。对两者的关联性进行了检定:首先,基于基本理论,提出研究方法;其次,对载荷谱数据进行时域和损伤域的量化分析对比;最后,分析大样本实际试验结果,对失效模式及里程进行对比。台架/道路信号相关性处于80%~110%之间,总损伤比值在0.6~1.2范围内,道路试验约74%的问题在道路模拟试验中出现,表明了两种试验方法具有良好的关联性,并进一步印证了轴耦合整车道路模拟试验技术在汽车研发过程中的重要性。
Road simulation test technology is an advanced technology developed from road test technology.Their correlation is validated: firstly, based on the basic theory, research methods are put forward;secondly, comparative analysis is quantitatively performed to the load spectrum data from the time domain and damage domain; finally, based on the analysis on large sample from actual test results, failure mode and mileage are compared. Correlation of bench/road signal is between 80%~110%, the total damage ratio is in the range of 0.6~1.2, about 74% of road test problems appear in the road simulation test, which show that the two test methods have good correlation, and further confirm the importance of spindle-coupled vehicle road simulation test technology in automobile development.
