摘要
研究在热作模具下等离子堆焊钴基合金的工艺。在模具材料和堆焊材料分析的基础上,从焊前清理与加热、参数控制、焊后处理、轧辊测试等方面总结了操作要点。金相检验基体显微组织为细针马氏体与残余奥氏体,评定为IV级。表明工艺优良,适用于高温合金和复合材料堆焊。
Process of plasma bead welding on cobalt-base alloy based on hot working die is investigated.On the basis of the analysis of die materials and welding materials, key points of operation, such as cleaning and heating before welding, parameter control, post welding treatment and roll test, are summarized. The microstructure of metallographic examination shows fine needle martensite and retained austenite, which is evaluated as grade IV, showing that the process is well designed and suitable for bead welding on high temperature alloy and composite materials.
