Impacts and Countermeasures of Wind Power New Energy Integration——A Case Study on West Power Supply Area in Chenzhou

摘要 以郴州电网西部供电区为例,基于风电场接入与运行情况,列举分析了风电新能源并网对现有电网造成的影响,提出了待解问题及对策建议。鉴于郴州地理环境等条件的制约,风电新能源的电能质量、电网安全、运行成本和电网调峰是制约并网的主要影响因素。谐波问题的妥善解决、发电负荷的精准预测、电网接纳能力的有效改善和电压暂态稳定性的全面控制是当前仍然亟待解决的四大问题。相关部门应采取优化网络结构、推进电网改造、建立健全功率预测系统、严把风电入网关和优化新能源并网规划等宏观手段,引领新能源并网技术取得更加长足的发展。 West power supply area in Chenzhou is taken as an example to enumerate and analyze the impacts of wind power new energy integration on existing power grids based on the access and operation status of wind farms, to put forward the issues to be solved and some macro countermeasures. In view of the constraints of geographical environment in Chenzhou, power quality, power grid security, operating costs and peak load regulation are main factors that affect the local power grid originated from wind power new energy. Four major problems, namely the proper solution of the harmonic wave, the accurate prediction of the power generation load, the effective improvement of the power receiving capability and the overall control of the voltage transient stability, currently need to be solved urgently. Relevant departments should take macro countermeasures including optimization on the power grid structure,promotion on power grid transformation, establishment on a sound power prediction system, strict threshold on wind power integration and optimization on new energy grid planning, to lead the long-run development of new energy integration technology.
