摘要
将CAD设计软件Creo应用于机械式停车设备的受力分析。以载车板为研究对象,构建物理模型,设计和计算模型参数。求取波浪板两端铰接和长边支撑两种情况的解析解,与Creo分析结果对比,优选可行性方案;解析计算边梁弯矩产生的应力,并鉴于解析解求解局限性,利用Creo分析波浪板对边梁侧向产生的正向力。结果表明:波浪板之间不传递任何弯矩,波浪板两端铰接为可行方案;弯矩对边梁产生的应力可以忽略不计,但边梁不足以承担来自波浪板的正压力。在波浪板下加横梁或支撑,分担波浪板传递的压力,方可使边梁满足使用条件。
CAD design software Creo is applied into mechanical analysis for mechanical parking equipment. Car carrier is taken as the research object to construct the physical model and design and calculate the model parameters. The analytical solution is obtained for two cases including hinged and long side supported wave plate, and compared with the results of Creo analysis, to select the feasible scheme; stress from bending edge beam is calculated analytically, and due to the limitations of analytical method, the stress of wave plate on the lateral side beam is solved by Creo. The results show that, the wave plate does not transfer any bending moment, and the hinged scheme is feasible; the stress produced by the bending moment on the side beam can be negligible, but the side beam is not enough to bear the stress from the wave plate. If the beam or strut is installed under the wave plate, the stress of the wave plate can run off, so that the use condition of the side beam is satisfied.
