摘要 使用铬铁合金取代钒氮合金冶炼HRB400E钢材,可降本增效。鉴于铬元素的原子组织作用与钒元素的相似性,为顺应节约成本、提高效率的要求,进行了工艺可行性论证。试样分析表明:钢材晶粒度和力学性能均可满足要求。成本测算表明:与采用钒氮合金相比,新工艺综合成本降低2.9元/t,符合预期要求。 The application of replacing vanadium nitrogen alloy with ferrochrome for HRB400E steel smelting is studied. In view of the similarity of chromium with vanadium on the atomic structure, the feasibility of the process is discussed in accordance with the requirements of saving the cost and improving the efficiency of steel smelting. The sample analysis shows that both grain size and mechanical property of steel meet the requirements. Cost estimation shows that compared with the vanadium nitrogen alloy, the new process holds a comprehensive reduction on cost of 2.9 RMB/t, indicating that it is an epoch-making process of lowering the cost and improving the efficiency of steel smelting.
