摘要
基于选煤厂常用离心机的工作原理及结构组成,综述了离心机的常见故障来源,提出相应的科学排除方法,并在检修实例中加以实践。对离心机的维护保养原则和使用注意事项进行了列举。基于"问""听""看""开""查"的故障处理和维护保养方法,有助于提高离心机运行的可靠性、高效性,保障生产平稳运行。
Common troubleshooting and maintenance on centrifuges for coal separating plants are reviewed based on their working principle and structure. Corresponding scientific fault exclusion methods are put forward and put into practice on actual cases. Principles of maintenance and usage are enumerated. Troubleshooting and maintenance methods based on ＂ask＂, ＂listen＂, ＂watch＂, ＂open＂ and ＂check＂ are helpful to improve the reliability and efficiency of centrifuge operation, and ensure the smooth operation of centrifuges.
