摘要
弗兰德斯互动分析作为一种结构性的、定量的课堂行为分析技术,在中小学课堂教学的分析与评价中被较多应用,但在高职教育课堂教学中鲜有提及。文章结合高职教学特点,采用弗兰德斯互动分析系统对某高职院校精品课程《特许经营实务》的课堂教学进行了描述、记录、编码和分析,并在此基础上,对该课例的课堂结构、教师倾向、情感氛围得出量化的评价结论,提出了该分析系统应用于高职课堂教学评价中的局限及优化思路。
Flanders interaction analysis is a structured, quantitative analysis technique in classroom behavior. It is widely used in the analysis and evaluation of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools, but rarely mentioned in class teaching in higher vocational education. This paper has combined the characteristics of higher vocational teaching with Flanders interaction analysis sys-tem, giving descriptions, recording, encoding and analysis on class teaching of "Franchise management", the high- quality course in a higher vocational college. Based on this, this paper draws the quantized evaluation conclusion and puts forward the limitations and optimizations of the system applied to higher vocational classroom teaching evaluation.
