摘要
明确本科秘书教育的应用型职业化定位,掌握秘书就业市场的需求,可从根源上解决本科秘书人才培养与社会需求脱节的问题。基于此,在CBE理念指导下,将社会发展对秘书岗提出的应用型职业化定位进行分析,包括公文写作能力、部门统筹协调能力、应急处理能力、多种语言翻译能力及跨专业学习能力,并从知识力、技能力、思维力三个视角出发,深入剖析本科秘书专业人才的应用型职业化培养教学方案,能够为本科秘书学专业教学提供一定的参考。
The key to solving the disconnected problem between undergraduate secretary talents and society is to clearify that the secretary is an application-oriented profession and its social needs. Therefore, under the guidance of the CBE mode, this thesis ana-lyzes the requirements for secretary with the development of society, including the ability of document writing, departmental co-ordi-nation, emergency management, multilingual translation and cross -professional learning. In addition, from the perspectives of knowl-edge, skills, and thinking, the training program of this application-oriented profession is discussed in detail, which provides some ref-erences for undergraduate secretary teaching.
