基于合作教育理念下的大学生兼职活动管理策略研究

大学生兼职活动是提升应用型人才培养质量的有效途径。但是由于各种原因,大学生兼职活动的实际效果不尽人意。因此,将合作教育理念引入大学生兼职管理策略,政府、学校、企业三方紧密合作,规范完善大学生兼职市场,指导大学生合理开展兼职活动,在理论和实践上具有重要意义。

Part-time job of college students is an effective way to improve the quality of applied talents. However, due to various reasons, the actual effect of part-time jobs of college students is not so good. Therefore, cooperative education is introduced into the part-time management strategy of college students. The government, schools and enterprises should work closely together to standardize and perfect the part-time market of college students, guiding students take part-time jobs reasonably, which is of great significance both in theory and practice.
