科学发展观在独立学院发展中的应用研究

科学发展观的精髓就是"以人为本,协调可持续,又好又快发展"。独立学院作为中国高等教育的新生事物,已经成为我国高等教育体系中的一个重要组成部分。独立学院如何实现自身可持续发展,其根本途径就是正确运用科学发展观来指导。首先分析了科学发展观在独立学院发展中的意义和实施科学发展观的必要性,然后结合某独立学院阐述了如何运用科学发展观来指导独立学院的发展。

The essence of the Scientific Outlook on Development is ＂people-oriented, coordinated and sustainable, sound and fast development＇ As a new thing in China’s higher education, independent college has become an important part of our higher education system. To realize its sustainable development, the fundamental way for independent colleges is to be correctly guided by the Scien-tific Outlook on Development. This paper analyzes the significance of the Scientific Outlook on Development in the development of independent colleges and the necessity of implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development. Then, combined with the current situ-ation of independent college, this paper illustrates how to use the Scientific Outlook on Development guide the development of inde-pendent colleges.
