摘要
介绍了颈髓损伤病人肺功能的变化,指出实施肺康复应把握时机和适应证,肺康复包括康复前评估、健康教育、运动训练等,对颈髓损伤病人肺康复护理研究进展进行综述,以期肺康复理念能更好地指导颈髓损伤病人的护理,减少并发症的发生,提高病人生活质量。
It introduced the changes of pulmonary function in patients with cervical spinal cord injury,and pointed out that the opportunity and indication should be seized in the implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation,Lung rehabilitation includes pre rehabilitation evaluation,health education and exercise training.It reviewed research progress on pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for patients with cervical spinal cord injury,so that concept of lung rehabilitation can better guide the nursing of cervical spinal cord injury,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
