信阳市居家老年人自我护理能力状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of status of self-care ability and influencing factors of elderly people at home in Xinyang City

[目的]了解信阳市居家老年人自我护理能力状况及其主要影响因素,为完善养老服务体系、合理配置卫生资源提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对从信阳市6个社区和4个乡填随机抽取的432名居家老年人进行调查。[结果]信阳市居家老年人自我护理能力处于中上等水平;单因素分析显示:婚姻状况、城乡分布、居住方式、教育水平、职业、有无住院经历、健康状况影响老年人自我护理能力;多因素分析显示:教育水平、城乡分布、居住方式、婚姻状况影响老年人自我护理能力。文化程度高和城市的老年人自我护理能力较强。[结论]应强化政府责任,加大公共财政对农村和基层卫生的投入力度,完善社区功能,为提高老年人自我护理能力提供条件。

Objective：To probe into the status of self-care ability and main influencing factors of elderly people at home in Xinyang,and to provide basis for improving the pension service system and the rational allocation of health resources.Methods：A total of 432 elderly people who were randomly selected from 6 communities and 4 townships in Xinyang were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results：The self-care ability of elderly in Xinyang was in the middle and upper level.Single factor analysis showed that marital status,urban and rural distribution,living style,education level,occupation,with hospital experience or not,and health status could affected self-care ability of elderly.Multivariate analysis showed that the level of education,urban and rural distribution,living style and marital status could affected self-care ability of the elderly.The high education level of elderly had better self-care ability.City elderly had better self-care ability.Conclusion：It should be done to strengthen the responsibility of government,increase public financial investment in rural areas and rural health and improve community functions,so as to provide the conditions for improving the self-care ability of the elderly.
