摘要
通过问卷和访谈,对200名大学英语教师在专业发展中主要的影响因素进行了调查。结果显示:影响因素主要来自教学量、知识结构、学习投入、科研方法和职业倦怠五个方面。进而分析高校教师的观点,提出了三方合作、专才专用的应对策略。研究结果对实现大学英语教师的可持续发展具有一定的启示和参考价值。
By adopting questionnaires and interviews, an investigation with 200 college English teachers included is conducted to study the factors which affect their profession development. The results indicate that the main factors consist of five aspects : amount of teaching, structure of knowledge, engagement of learning, method of research and job burnout. And then through analyzing the teachers' views,the study proposes a strat-egy of three party's cooperation and specialists' dedication. These results provide implications and reference for achieving the sustainable development of college English teachers.
