摘要
为确定新疆啤酒大麦优质高产栽培的适宜播种期,选用甘啤4号、垦啤7号、新啤4号、新啤8号作为试验材料,设置4月9日、14日、19日、24日、29日5个播种期,研究不同播种期对4个品种啤酒大麦产量与蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:甘啤4号、垦啤7号、新啤4号、新啤8号这4个品种在4月份播种均能正常成熟,播种早的生育期长,播种晚的生育期短。从生育期天数来看,新啤4号<新脾8号<甘啤4号<垦啤7号,随着播种期的推迟产量逐渐降低,蛋白质含量逐渐升高。建议甘啤4号和垦啤7号等中晚熟品种适期进行早播。
Aiming at achieving high quality and high yield of malting barley varieties,this study determined their suitable sowing date in the field of Qitai,Xingjiang.The field trial involved two variables:one was variety and the other was sowing date.Four tested malting barley varieties were Ganpi 4,Kenpi 7,Xinpi 4,and Xinpi 8.They were sown at five dates in 2015:April 9,April 14,April19,April 24,and April 29.The effects of sowing date on the yield and protein content of the four varieties were evaluated.As a result,the four varieties Ganpi 4,Kenpi 7,Xinpi 4,and Xinpi 8 all matured normally with each tested sowing date in April;and the varieties sown earlier had a longer growth period,while those sown later showed a shorter growth period.The four varieties differed significantly in the average number of days in the growth period,which ranked from low to high in the following order:Xinpi 4 Xinpi 8 Ganpi 4 Kenpi 7.As sowing date was delayed,the yield of these varieties gradually decreased while their protein content gradually increased.Therefore,in order to improve the yield and reduce the protein content of malting barley,the medium-late-maturing varieties such as Ganpi 4 and Kenpi 7 should be sown relatively early in April.
