摘要
高职院校辅导员队伍建设的五机制中普遍存在着不完善的情况,笔者以重庆电子工程职业学院为例,结合学校学工队伍深入推进的"八双"模式,从内外两方面深入剖析其原因,并提出结合高职院校实际情况的八大优化方案。
Five kinds of mechanisms of the counselor team construction are not perfect in higher vocational colleges. Taking Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering as an example, the author combines with the promoting of "eight double" model, analyses its causes from two aspects of inside and outside, and proposes eight optimization schemes according to the practical situation of higher vocational colleges.
