摘要
在经济全球化和技术变革时代,协同创新具有重要的战略意义,而知识产权人才是协同创新的重要保障。高校在培养知识产权人才过程中还存在知识产权创新观念意识缺乏、知识产权课程内容设计不完善、知识产权人才培养方式单一、知识产权师资力量薄弱等问题。高校应提升知识产权创新意识、丰富知识产权课程内容、改革传统知识产权人才培养方式、加大知识产权师资投入,以期培养符合协同创新要求的知识产权人才,推动经济和社会的发展。
In the era of economic globalization and technological change, collaborative innovation has an important strategic significance, and intellectual property professionals are its important guarantees. In the process of cultivating advanced talents, there are still some problems such as the lack of innovation concept, imperfect curriculum designs, a single training mode, and weak teacher resources in the field of intellectual property right. These problems must be solved in order to cultivate the intellectual property professionals in line with the requirements of collaborative innovation and promote the economic and social development.
