In the process of cultivating advanced talents, there are still some problems such as the lack of innovation concept, imperfect curriculum designs, a single training mode, and weak teacher resources in the field of intellectual property right. These problems must be solved in order to cultivate the intellectual property professionals in line with the requirements of collaborative innovation and promote the economic and social development.
