摘要 薄板船体结构在建造过程中,不仅会产生焊接变形,而且可能产生焊接失稳变形。基于薄板焊缝的固有变形,论述焊接结构失稳变形发生的机理,计算失稳变形模态和变形值以及失稳发生时的临界焊接工艺和固有变形。最后,对预防和控制薄板船体结构焊接失稳的措施进行了归纳。 Not only normal welding distortion, but also welding induced buckling will occur during the fabrication of thin plates in the ship structure. Based on the welding inherent deformation, this study will clarify the generation mechanism of buckling induced by welding, and will predict deformed modes, magnitude of buckling, and critical buckling conditions, as well as welding heat input and inherent deformation for different partial welded structures. Several advanced welding procedures to prevent and control welding induced buckling of thin plate ship structures are summarized.
