奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

To observe the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的研究脑梗死联合应用奥扎格雷钠与依达拉奉治疗的疗效。方法以2016年1月~2016年6月神经内科收治的72例脑梗死病例为研究对象,利用随机对照法,将72例病例分成研究与对照两组,每组36例。研究组联合应用奥扎格雷钠与依达拉奉治疗,对照组单用依达拉奉治疗。观察两组神经功能的恢复情况,比较临床疗效与ADL评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药后的ADL评分为(78.95±12.36)分,对照组为(62.49±10.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药后的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组[(10.12±2.27)分vs.(17.84±3.96)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉加用奥扎格雷治疗脑梗死,可促进患者神经功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the curative effect of cerebral infarction combined with sodium ozagrel and edaravone. Methods 72 cases of cerebral infarction patients from January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital as the research objects, using randomized controlled method, 72 cases were divided into research group and control group. Study group combined with ozagrel sodium and edaravone treatment, The control group was treated with edaravone alone. The recovery of neurological function of the two groups was observed. The clinical efficacy and ADL score were compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.44% in the study group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . The ADL score of the study group was （78.95±12.36）, and the control group was （62.49±10.35） . the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . For the NIHSS score after treatment, the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction with ozagrel and reasonable, can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life.
