摘要 目的研究凉草粉总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法本实验采用水回流提取方法。首先确定以溶媒量、提取时间、提取次数为主要考察因素进行单因素试验,并分析各因素对凉粉草总黄酮提取效率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,设计L_9(3~4)正交试验,测定凉粉草水提取液中槲皮苷含量作为评价指标,从而优化槲皮苷的最佳水提工艺。结果最佳水提取工艺的条件为:溶媒量15倍量的水(除去吸水率),提取次数3次,提取时间1 h。此最佳水提取工艺所得到的槲皮苷的含量为3.241 g。结论槲皮苷的提取率较高,可行性较好,提取工艺稳定。 Objective To optimize the optimum water extractive technology of Mesona chinemis by using orthogonal test. Methods In this experiment, water reflux extraction method was used. The factors affecting the total flavonoids extraction efficiency were studied. First of all, I select the solvent quantity, extraction time, extraction times as the main factors of single factor test, and analyze the effects of various factors on the extraction efficiency of Quercitrin.On the basis of single factor test, selectedfour factors and three levels of L9(34) orthogonal test, measuring water extraction of total flavonoids content in liquid as evaluation index by UV spectrophotometer, the optimum extraction process optimization of Quercitrin. Results The optimum conditions of water extractive technology solvent volume 15times amount of water (to remove water absorption), 3 times of extraction times, extraction time 1 h. Content extraction of saponins from Mesona chinemis gets the best water technology for 3.241 g. Conclusion The extraction rate of Quercitrin and extraction of high purity, high feasibility, and extraction process is stable.
