黄斑区格栅样光凝与玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察黄斑区格栅样光凝与玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法选择2014年3月~2016年3月收治的66例糖尿病黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组33例;对照组给予黄斑区格栅样光凝治疗,观察组给予黄斑区格栅样光凝与玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合治疗,观察对比两组患者的视力提升情况及最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心视网膜厚度。结果观察组患者视力提升率是60.6%,明显高于对照组患者的30.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心视网膜厚度方面,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病黄斑水肿治疗中,黄斑区格栅样光凝与玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗的治疗效果更加确切,可推广应用。
