摘要
目的 :探讨TGFβI、II型受体在鼠磨牙牙胚发育过程中的生物学作用。 方法 :用免疫组织化学检测转化生长因子 βI型受体 (TβRI)、II型受体 (TβRII)在鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚发育过程中的定位。 结果 :TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ在鼠磨牙牙胚发育过程中呈时间 -空间特异性分布 ,其分布模式与其配体TGFβ1~ 3蛋白的分布模式基本一致。 结论 :TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ在成釉器的早期形态发生。
Objective:To study the biological roles of TGFβ receptor type I and type II during mouse molar development.Methods:To examine the immunolocalization of TβRⅠ?TβRⅡ during mouse first lower molar development by immunohistochemistry.Results:The results showed that TβRⅠ?TβRⅡ were immunolocalized during mouse molar development in a temporally and spatially regulated fashion, and their localization patterns were mostly coincided with that of their ligands TGFβ1~3.Conclusions:Both TβRⅠand TβRⅡ might play important roles during early morphogenesis of enamel organ and the differentiation of ameloblast and odontoblast.
