摘要对比三种省级数字电视CA系统整合方案的建设思路及其成本、实现难度等特点,综合考虑成本较低、难度较小、整合程度较彻底的方案。介绍实现提高全省用户授权管理效率的优化方案以及在单向网络环境下实现即时付费、便民通知等功能的思路。
