摘要
大学生的创新能力培养对于培育创新型人才具有极其重要的意义。本文旨在通过讲述指导学生参与课外实验的体会,探索一种高效合理的大学生创新型人才培养模式,为提高大学生综合素质、培养创新型人才提供探索经验。
College students＇ innovative ability training for the cultivation of innovative talents is very important. This paper aims to tell the experience of guiding students to participate in extracurricular experiment, to explore a reasonable and efficient and innovative talents training mode, provide exploration experience for improving the comprehensive quality of college students and cultivate innovative talents.
