无创血流动力学监测在急诊休克患者诊治中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 1737年法国医师Henri Francois Le Dran首次用法语“secousseuc”描述患者被导弹击中后严重的临床状态。1743年英国医师Clare将此词翻译成英语的“shock”,即中文“休克”。迄今,人们对休克的认识和研究已有270年的历史。休克是临床众多重症发展的共同归宿,是急诊患者死亡和医疗资源耗费的重要原因。以感染性休克为例,
