Progress on research of cardiocerebral resuscitation

心肺复苏（CPR）术是国际公认的抢救心脏骤停患者的急救技术,但抢救成功率低.近年来,部分美国学者开始推广心脑复苏（CCR）术,并在当地取得显著成效.本文就CCR的概念、适用范围、具体内容及其研究进展进行综述,以期提高对CCR这一新型急救理念的临床认识.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the internationally recognized first aid technique for rescuing patients with cardiac arrest.Unfortunately, the success rate of it has been poor for a long time.Under these circumstances, cardiocerebral resuscitation, a new first aid technique which achieved remarkable results in the local area, was promoted by some American scholars in recent years.This paper summarizes the concept, scope of application, contents and research progress of cardiocerebral resuscitation, so as to enhance the clinical understanding of it.
